设备连接问题
软件太差劲了，经常无缘无故突然连不上还闪退，然后搜索吧设备是搜到了可点不进去，开发人员就不能走点儿心吗
软件垃圾，客服更垃圾。
软件连不上冰箱，400客服爱答不理，一共通话不到两分钟各种不耐烦。让找在线客服，在线客服务根本不理。再说冰箱，放在车上开了一路两个小时温度都没降下来，放在室内空调房才好用。
改进建议
界面上有些文字容易有歧义，比如 “开启电源”其实是电源状态，可以改成“电源已开启”。“工作电压”建议改成“电池保护”
