Location issue!!!
I don’t know why this new update doesn’t allow me to open my account and always keep on stating ENABLE LOCATION when all my locations are turned on at ALWAYS.. This is too frustrating i can’t run errands like this!! What’s the matter with this people who kepts on updating the the app
Lost 300sar without giving me back!!
I feel Dissapointed in your service speacially customer service I call almost 15 day everyone Saying that they will fix it but until now sept 8 no can fix it everyone said inshalla inshalla after 3days 4days and until now can resolve my issue and I lost time effort internet and also money to call you but no can Fix my problem so please help me my 300 riyal was transfered from my digital card into my current account or atm card but they deducted to my digital card but i did not recieve anything from my current account please me

I like the app because it’s easy to use but many times I encountered error in transfer money either local or international. Please make sure your app is updated and innovative with hassle transaction. I have encountered error many times.

Update NATIONAL ID OR IQAMA
Why is it user is not allowed to update the thier national ID or Iqama through this application? Everytime and 1st to try to update my Iqama it says you have reach the maximum and to update please visit the branch. It is not convenient at all and updating my iqama is just once a year.

its been 2months cant open an account and if you visit branch always tell that online only and always tell system down
