Love It But Glitchy
I’m a HUGE Alt Az fan… to the point the DJs feel like family. It’s on all day every day at my house. I’ve also won more tickets than I would have thought possible… concerts, Roars and Pours, Spring Training, etc. It’s ridiculous how much I win. LOVE it! And, I love messaging the DJs. I’ve had Mo read my messages on air and play my requests. The app keeps me connected and I think it’s the best thing since sliced bread in sooooo many respects. But, it’s glitchy as all get out. Right now, it shows me as logged in - and I have been for days - but it hasn’t logged any listening time for me for days. This is common. Along the same vein, there are times I do “tap that track” and it won’t register the tap at all. And other times I tap it, but it doesn’t take me to the entry page where you have to hit the enter button on top of it and there’s no other way to get there so I can’t enter. Sometimes I can’t log in at all. Sometimes it refuses to stream. There are also some disconnects between what the DJs think is available on the app and what really is. i.e. They’ll say “go enter this contest” or “go enter this promo code” and there’s no contest to enter. I hate to complain because I’ve legit gotten soooo much from this app. I don’t even know how many times I’ve won at this point. And I love connecting with the station though it. But, man, these glitches bug me.
