Alt: Buy & Sell Cards

When i started using ALT i was like this is amazing but, now im like i cant even download any of the cards i own!

I avoid providing sensitive information as much as possible online. Requiring me to provide my FULL SSN to get my cards out the vault seems unnecessary and who knows, could be a scam.

When I go to take a picture the slab only uses one lens is working and won’t focus so I know it’s not my phone because it works in other apps with no issues. I took my phone to Apple just to make sure. And they said there’s nothing wrong with my phone. Fix your app

You can add cards you own & cards that your collecting. There is a $10 a month charge but they give you a $10 free credit to each month to use however you choose so it’s practically free. I’m a avid sports card collector since I was a young man. Im also a sports card seller as well. I just got into grading my cards and how to grade cards what to look for etc. PSA by far is the best and the most transparent. What I’d love to find is a platform for us sports card sellers to sell cards without getting charged outlandish fees & charges. eBay yeah is great and has a huge audience but there fees are insanely highly. I just sold a card for $1,700 and I was charged over $500 in promotion fees, charges & taxes. How can anyone turn a profit with such high fees on top of grading costs?? It’s nearly impossible unless you pull a 1 in million card worth thousands. You know what I mean. I’m new to the Alt platform. I’m loooking into sending in over 100 graded PSA cards. Hangs on trying to make an offer for cards in Alt marketplace

New version came out two hours ago and now I cannot enter any numbers to counter an offer. Pretty much rendered the app useless

People use eBay for comps. Stop trying to use comps from other websites. This app is for bums who are trying to pay less for cards

I would definitely think twice about downloading this app. Customer service is horrible their database software, which they claim to be state of the art and the leader in the industry, is totally false and misleading. If I could give this app zero stars I totally would. Customer service says that you should not use Alt for buying or determining value on any cards. I had a card that alt told me was worth way more which I overpaid for because I use them because I did believe they were a very reputable source. Turns out customer service said they inputted the information wrong and they missed quoted my cards value. They blame the mistake on a software data error. And they do not want to take responsibility. Frauds cowards use another app.

I upgraded and now unable to load prices of cards. Just get the spinning wheel. We have fiber optics at 1 G so it’s not our service that has the issue
