I hate having to change my password every time I login. It’s stupid and not called for.
Absolutely dreadful
The log in is painful if you have a problem. Nothing is intuitive. You can’t find anything to pay bills in the app. I had to drive to a branch monthly to pay my auto loan. That’s how bad it is

Don’t like the changes. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. It appears someone doesn’t have enough to do.
