Best app

Excellent user interface and look and feel

Bitter sweet !

Great local company and service that they providing , I have been with alt coin since 2017. I just really REALLY wish you would invest in your own app . How can we trust you with our money when you can’t spend money on a decent app ?

Poor support. They don’t verify accounts. !!!!

I don’t recommend this at all. I’ve been trying to get verified for a year since I joined this. Support is absolutely non existent, they close the tickets without being resolved. I lost my phone a few months ago and unable to login using the 2fa. I’ve been emailing them for months to help me cancel the 2fa but they keep closing the tickets. This is the worst ever I regret signing up and depositing my money.

Unattractive interface for end users

Its interface it’s so bad and it makes it difficult to use the app. The fees are also ridiculously high and it’s difficult making withdrawals with this app.

Just use your browser

This is just a wrapper around the website. Don't even bother with the app, just use chrome to log onto AltCoinTrader.

Needs a dedicated app

I wish they made a dedicated app for phones cause this what they have is very buggy and bugs out a lot or just stops working But one thing is they are good with costumer help and do help relatively fast Its just the extension of the website that does not do it for me ALTCOIN if you see this please consider making a dedicated app for a smartphone so its easier and better to use

Terrible application

Application requires you to login every single time; every other exchange/wallet uses FaceID. The application is just a browser wrapper: it's exactly the same as the website - there is no point in installing the app as it there isn't a native app experience.

Hangs When Switching between apps

The app “hangs” when switching between apps, so on log in when it’s time to enter your 2FA, you have to wait up to a minute to after switching back to ATC, by that time we the 2FA has expired.
