What an awful application to tell new customers to download. Doesn't have the features the box and paperwork claimed it does. Looks abandoned and the FAQ don't even match my speaker. Looks like they copied and pasted from a different one.

It would be better to have no app at all, than offer up this complete non-functional outdated garbage. Nothing works, except Maybe product registration. All I would really care about would be a simple equalizer function. Doesn't connect / recognize my speaker even when connected to Bluetooth and granted the permissions. So nevermind the "speaker break-in" function. But hey, what do you care? You already got my money right? What a fantastic way to ruin the goodwill of the people who buy your products. The management at Altec Lansing should be embarrassed...

Brand new speaker from Target includes in the box a QR code link to the app. Download the app, not applicable to my model speaker. Do you even know what you’re doing?

I was hoping for an equalizer or some functionality related to using the speaker. This is a product list. It does literally nothing to help enjoy your product. Don't waste your time.

Update the application because the model I tried to register in the app doesn't appear, it's a new model, thank you

useless app

Warm up doesn’t even notice ear buds are connected. To be fair it does nothing , Junk… I would have bought something else if I had known the App sucked.

App does nothing. Doesn’t work with the product.

Their support says “they answer immediately” but l got no answer do not buy from this company or even download this app!
