AltitudeNOW Reviews

Horrible app

mike367843 on

Not sure why it’s so hard to make an app that works in 2024, it’s absolutely ridiculous. They should fire whoever made this and the next 20 people that work above them.

Service Options a Nightmare

Directv or Fubo....so $90 a month to watch hockey, no way. Why not just offer $10 a month for watching avalanche games via this app and not directv/fubo? Then you get loads of people actually using this service to watch the avalanche.

Highway Robbery

Imagine rooting for your hometown team but never being able to watch them. Actual garbage Altitude

Doesn’t support DirecTV Stream

tallguy77 on

United States

Altitude wants us to move our service from Comcast Xfinity to DirecTV Stream or any other provider who pays Altitude, but then doesn’t provide any update on the app to allow us to log in with our paid DirecTV Stream account. I tried DirecTV login, doesn't work. If they cared about the subscriber experience or getting to streaming, they’d invest in improving the 1-star experience, but apparently not. The DirecTV Stream app is pretty great most days, but I was hoping for a lower-bandwidth way to catch the game while on a plane tonight.

Garbage

Won’t allow you to log into your television provider. Waste of time.

Not Enough Service Providers

Please work with more service providers. Not every Av fan lives in or around Colorado and Direct tv is too expensive.

Streams don’t work when tapped on

Kobyjonkenobi on

Worked for a week now streams don’t load when I tap on them. They should at least have a way to watch on their website if they’re gonna release such a shoddily made app

Altitude is garbage

AltitudeSucks on

Don’t try watching Avalanche games on this app. If you liked watching hockey in 1970 you’ll love it but for those of you wanting to watch in high definition, look somewhere else. The quality is so bad it’s like playing nhl 2001 on PlayStation. You can’t even tell which player is which. It’s almost 2024 and these idiots can’t make a good streaming platform. Don’t waste your time.

Unable to connect

Where’s FUBOTV under providers?? My bill went up $30 after Altitude TV was added. Sure would like to try the app…

App is garbage for streaming

MTarpey on

United States

It takes forever to load the stream sometimes almost a full minute. No steaming app takes this long since dial-up was a thing. Ridiculous.
