Does what it does but just slow to load. By the time you need to get into the app to disarm, the police already arrives :) It’s to slow to load. It’ll be better to have the disarm function outside for quicker access

We live being able to secure our home from any location.

This app has been decent, something happened in the last month or so though, constantly signs my wife and I out. Now we have to log in each and every time we want to arm or disarm our system, Face ID doesn’t automatically log us in anymore either. Really cuts down on the convenience of a smart app to arm/disarm a security system.

Obviously, the most common use case of this app would be that any customer would open this app at the proximity of the house on the driveway or near the roadway where the house is close by or maybe standing at the doorstep. This app doesn’t work when the phone is switching from 4G 5G to the home Wi-Fi at the proximity of the home and due to that this app fails to Open near the home. This needs to be double checked, and somehow this issue that has been plaguing the app for Has to be fixed. We literally have to turn off the cellular and Wi-Fi at the proximity of the house and let the phone stabilize on 5G and wait for 2-3 minutes. The app begins to work again sadly !!!

I have a man house and a guest house being monitored. Since the update it only shows one location but I dont know what it is ..my dashboard disappeared.

Update 12/28/2024: An app update was installed on12/24/2924 which so far has fixed the forced logout and notification issues. Updating original rating from 2 star to 5 star. Great response from developer team. For the past month the app has been logging out and you are forced to manually log back in even though facial recognition is enabled. For the past 2 months push notifications of open/closed alerts are not working mainly during daylight hours. Called support and they were unable to help.

It has become very irritating as it will log you out a lot. This has just started happening a couple of weeks ago. I had to log into my phone to get to the app so stop it or get the face recognition working. It always happens when your hands are full. Please get it fixed.

The app was working great, but then with the newest update, everyone keeps getting signed out. Nothing like walking in and having the alarm start beeping and trying to turn it off on app, but being signed out and having to run to panel.

Last update says it fixed problems. Maybe, but now I have to login every time I open the app!!!

Use to be a great App. But they broke Face ID and now it’s a pain to log it.
