This is definitely my absolute favorite non-Qur’an app. This app has, as another review put it, effectively replaced my social media! I didn’t even have to go through a time of slowly decreasing my phone use, I just signed up with AMAU& instantaneously this app became responsible for about 90% of my screen time (outside of the reading/revising I do with Qur’an on my phone). I have never before felt so confident about my learning. AMAU is providing structure that is absolutely essential for the student of knowledge but I can still work at my own pace to make sure I really am absorbing the information. As a parent, sometimes I really can’t dedicate the full time I want until late nights or very early mornings, and that would exclude most live classes. AMAU allows me to plan and execute a schedule of classes that works for me, and that can always be adjusted. Additionally, AMAU begins at a level most other programs will skip over— AMAU makes sure the student has a handle on the basic concepts that are the key to understanding the standard beginner level material in Islamic literature. So, there’s a square 0 before square 1, if you will. The student doesn’t have to worry about missing out on important info/ connections without realizing it. I get notifications daily for new content being added in all programs— student of knowledge, Arabic with AMAU, and personal development. It is all SO well-produced I am truly impressed the level of production involved. As important to me as the content itself is the very large and very active student community. In the app, you can go to the “community” tab and see tons of posts not only from students, but from the moderators of the AMAU community. People share so many notes and resources to help each other, you will never be alone on your journey! May Allaah deeply reward all involved in making AMAU possible, I am so grateful to be a student!

The app is a compliment to an excellent program ما شاء الله! Our classes are easily accessible and organized. I rarely have to use the search feature to search for a course I’m interested in due to how well-organized the app is. It’s also a one stop shop. I’m able to access my classes for the Student of Knowledge Program, the Arabic Program, as well as Self-Help, Spiritually and Educational courses all in one location. May Allah reward all our teachers, the entire staff and all of the students at AMAU!
