Wide range of teachers but …
The app and website make it impossible for you to get credit refund for unused lessons even when the teachers have left the platform. So i never purchase 20 lessons in one transaction out of fear the teacher would go MIA after a few lessons and the platform gets my money for free

老師一直放鳥
每個老師都很難預約，很多老師約了還放鳥，說要改時間，改完還是放鳥，放鳥的錢只能退成AT幣不能轉出來只能在app裡面用，花了幾百塊不僅浪費我時間還浪費我的錢，完全不會想推薦給身邊任何一位朋友，而且我還會一直說這個app超爛的地方，想在這裡找家教還是算了吧笑死根本把學生當不重要想取消課程就取消你還不能不答應有夠該死，我真的會氣到告這個app
平台不錯，但是使用上還有很多問題
軟體常常遲鈍，不會即時更新去抓每個老師的空檔時間，會卡卡，不是轉到那個老師就馬上正確的反應，還有訊息提示的部分常常消不掉不知道為什麼。 老師貼的檔案或圖片也沒辦法下載到手機上，還要另外自己處理
師資差 客服怠慢
這邊的老師大部分是空有學士 教學能力很差 1對1上課 無論是語言、多媒體、藝術，學業等等，都只會照著老師自己的課綱教，沒辦法為學生客製化內容，這樣跟買影片課程無區別。 而且收費相當高，老師還遲到早退！ 最扯的是客服超難聯絡上！
目前app會閃退
昨天晚上開始，使用App會閃退。換了裝置也是一樣，是否有更新的問題？
沒有隱私保障，電話太可怕
我是來上課不是來面試的，剛註冊直接有人打電話過來，嚇到直接刪除帳號⋯ 太恐怖的app
