Had 3 lessons and the teacher was good. After several emails No one contact me to get a new Password and solve my problem or easier, to get my money back on my 2 lessons left.

已經多次向客服團隊反應app版無法查看客服訊息，但客服團隊答非所問，只提供課程下載連結，根本無法解決問題。 老師突然取消已預約的課程，且聯繫不上老師，向客服詢問，客服只是將系統顯示的內容複製貼上給我，不知道這為何意？根本沒幫助

老師常常上課前一小時才說要請假，時間都空下來了也只能摸摸鼻子，結果我臨時有事前10小時取消就要被扣50%將近台幣600元，不會太瞎嗎？不就包贏的吃人夠夠，爛死
每個老師的名稱好像在比較誰的表情符號放比較多
有必要這樣嗎？

可以先一堂體驗課看看這位老師的教學方式如何，然後會依據在課堂上的對話來對你安排課程內容 學習效率提升非常快
極不清晰 不知道想怎樣
登記做老師 不斷叫你更新profile, 明明所有文件都上載，還不斷說你差一步差一步。之前就說已審核完畢，過一星期話你不合資格。還有profile的界面經常不能用，手機版和電腦版又不一樣。手機版又看不到影片，極差勁的apps
