Amazon Business

Temporarily locked my account for two weeks pending verification after I uploaded docs. First agent said it is unlocked, then dealt with two weeks of agents hanging up on me trying to get verified.

Can’t register because Amazon Business still appears to need the user to register a different mobile number from the one they have on their personal Amazon account. Ah well.

The order history and the accompanying search function does not work at all. I order all the time and nothing shows consistently in my order history. This has been going on for a year. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and is still trash. I’ve finally got fed up enough to write a review 🙄

Amazon verification codes is not working not for Amazon business app or the and the other apps as well with Amazon shopping with Amazon prime as well

They are trying to verify my information, but what are you using to verify me? My own information I just gave?!

Bring back “Select item” in the shopping cart feature.

I am only giving 1 star because its so clear the intentions of not providing an option for receipt from the mobile app

Didn’t used to have this problem but now Amazon Business and regular Amazon apps make my iPhone overheat to the point that I have to stop using the app. This is not good for business!

Need to ReDesign uniformity and Standardization for Navigating Business Functionality and Customer Engagement with Amazon Business Functions and Features and Products and Services

The app is actually great but I’m hoping the low rating will get the attention of the developers to add multi-account sign in like the regular Prime app does. I have several businesses with different accounts and the only way to use them is to sign in through the regular prime app, which then pesters me to use the business app when it can’t support multiple accounts without signing out and back in EVERY TIME I WANT TO SWITCH COMPANIES.
