Found the web site clumsy. Hard to navigate
First time cruise
We are very excited to be going on our first (hopefully if many) cruises. A,bass for have been great and the app if fantastic to get everything ready and have it all in one place. We can’t wait to set sail!
Review
My wife and I have traveled with Ambassador several times in the past, after chatting with other passengers we all agreed that a couple of things could or should change, firstly, have a help yourself system in borough market. Have a smoking area at the aft, near the bar. Have glass for drinks at the coffee shop on deck 12. There are other points I’m sure you are aware of. These issues may not please everyone but will please most.
None of the tabs work
It’s a useless app when none of the tabs work. The home page layout doesn’t even look like the examples shown and yet I supposedly have the latest version…
