Too expensive

Thank you yet again to Amber Cars for their outstanding service. Incredible booking services both phone and App. App now my go to for everything Amber. My driver today was a true gentleman thank you. Polite, courteous, friendly, informative and honest, I couldn’t have wished for more from this arguably the most important human part of my taxi hire journey thank you. Great value for money and super neat tidy and luxurious vehicle. Thank you.

Be aware that an advanced booking does not guarantee a car. They’ll just schedule looking for a car which can leave you scrambling at the last minute.

After I booked my rider with my card, £10.08 was deducted before the ride started. On completion of my ride, it was £7.79. What happened to my £3 ?

Easy booking on App. Communication excellent. Driver excellent.

Since amber has taken on wheels the service just isn’t the same, very rarely I had to wait ages for a taxi and every time I use the app it’s constantly searching for an available car. Takes too much off the estimated price and sometimes take ages to go back into your account. The app is rubbish when you’re typing usually it’s comes up with guesses but you have to type the whole thing in which is long. I don’t really want to use amber but it’s the closest one to my area if I could switch I would. Do better

My final destination fee is different to what you have been taking from account . When I noticed second time I took a picture of final trip fee so I can send you evidence and complaint. Drivers are fantastic but charges by amber is misleading.

The app it’s self is good but it takes 15-20 for a driver which isn’t bad but if I was to get a taxi trying not to be late school and it take over 20 mins I’m going to be late but most of the drivers are really good that’s why I haven’t given it any lower

Great driver and very friendly, on time and found a less busy route back to my hotel. Definitely recommend
