Delivery Tracking

It worked well the first time I used it months ago. I just tried using it last week again, I needed to add a new address, but there’s a glitch in the app. It shows the message INITIALIZING, and doesn’t go anywhere from there. This means.m, you can’t add and deliver to any other address aside from the one you’ve previously delivered to. Please fix!

More than 10 mins initializing, akala ko internet issue pero nagtry ako using data ganon pa din. Nagtry ako sa ibang phone mabagal pa din. Registration pa lang aabutin ka na ng isang oras sa bagal.

Bad UX - no order confirmation

Very frustrating! I placed an order through the guest option because I dont want my email to be used for marketing, and I want to skip the registration process. But after filling up the details and placing my order, I didnt get a confirmation in the app that it succeeded. So I resubmitted my order. Later I received 2 email confirmations, which meant that I had actually placed 2 orders. I thought the app would make ordering easier, but I had to make multiple calls just to cancel the accidental multiple orders. Please include a confirmation or notification in the app that the order was successfully placed. This should be a pop-up or a message that users can manually acknowledge or dismiss.

Cannot directly message the branch for an update on my order. also I am lost when placing order. at first i thought i have placed an order for delivery but after placing an order it is for pick up 😓 i hope the pick up and delivery option format is by checkbox or a dropdown menu. Must add a message option to the branch contact for update purposes. Used the app since the grab has 1k php amount limit.

Could have just partnered with existing delivery providers like Grab and Food Panda. I don't see the point of having your own app when it's not functioning well anyway. Where can u see an app that you have to input the details of the pickup rider prior to seeing the menu? While the delivery option is open for members only - but the app isn't giving you an option to be a member. Haven't been frustrated for an app ever. Worst! We ended up switching to any available from Grab Food instead.

They adjust the delivery time without customer consent.

4pm i made an order through the app. 4:05 I called the hotline and the store directly and finally reached them at 4:15. I asked to add an additional order of their lumpiang shanghai and was told it cannot be done and they will file a ticket and someone would call me. I went to get ready for my event, took a bath etc. 5pm my order did not arrive, saw missed calls and a message was left that said they decided to accommodate my additional order but the delivery will be delayed. I did not agree to changing my delivery time. If you did not get customer confirmation why would you proceed? Now I will be late to my event and I still fo now have my order and its already 5:41pm. This is not how things should go. What your store did here was not right!
