Pleasant for late night relaxation
I find this app good for winding down late at night. I pick a track and set the timer, then do my exercises and go to bed against a peaceful background of birds calling and water gurgling. Each tracks has a different mix of birds, insects and water recorded in specific locations. The white noise is very helpful for blocking out tinnitus. I would prefer it if some of the loops were longer, and a couple could be more smoothly joined, but it all depends on the source material available and nature is itself repetitive. A good buy.
