I have tried multiple times to connect my robot with the app and failed. Since the newest update it isn’t able to connect anymore and therefore the operating menu is unavailable for me.

App is traag met connectoren en loopt vaak vast.

I tried several times to connect two different iPhones with the robot, but without result. The iPad does it all, but I keep getting the error that no robot is available.

In principe kun je de robot met de app prima besturen, helaas geldt dat niet als je een iPhone 13 mini gebruikt. Dan kun je nl bepaalde knoppen net niet aanklikken en dus wordt de functionaliteit beperkt. Jammer. Op iPad werkt het wel goed.

I tried to update my robot but after 5-10 seconds the iPhone app crashes. Now my robot is bricked and I can no longer use it.

Niets werkt op de nieuwe app Voorheen was het al niet een beste app maar nu is het totaal waardeloos Nothing works on the new app on Iphone Previous app was already a bad app but this app is totally worthless Disaster Someone from ground school programmed this app?

New app UX is a big improvement from previous version! But…please add landscape to ipad version!!!!! I never use my ipad in portrait mode, so it is really, really, really annoying.

Sinds een week kan ik helemaal niks meer met de robot. App crasht als ik de robot wil laten starten, amper connectie met de robot en handmatig op de robot zelf krijg ik hem ook niet meer aan de praat. Elke keer ellende

Bought an expensive Ambrogio, but the app is so frustrating. Often no contact and last few days it says it needs an update, but refuses to do so. Result: can’t operate the mower.

Het is verschrikkelijk lastig en duurt erg lang om verbinding te maken met de robot. Ook moet je iedere keer als je de app opnieuw opstart weer opnieuw verbinding maken.
