Hello, I wanted to close my account because I think you are not a good company. My credit limit was £150 and I placed an order for £99.99 after which my order was canceled and my credit was reduced to £0. I will warn against this type of fraudulent companies so that people do not register with you.
Ordering on App
I tried ordering on App I completed it, ordered it for delivery, it accepted it and then it was Still in my Basket so CANCELLED all the order by DELETING all the Items. This is not the first time this has happened. So what is the point of having the App if you cannot order online!!!

I put all the clothes in basket ready for ordering for my holiday the app updates and all gone I can’t go through all this again took me ages to decide

nightmare trying to pay on the Ambrose Wilson website keep complaining to customer service but still no help
Voice over users could do with some operational info
As a voice over user once you’ve worked out how this app works it’s pretty good although the checkout part would be a lot easier if the page moved to the next section as you completed it. Without knowing as a newcomer to this app what to swipe or tap to get colour, size, product info, reviews, save & add to bag actions, at first it was rather frustrating. However once you’ve taken a few guesses and discovered more by accident rather than design what to do, it’s rather good. A link to swipe & tap gestures which could be spoken at the relevant point would be the most helpful or perhaps a link to them from the front page of the shop? As for checkout, jumping to the next piece e confirm billing address then onto card payment would be more helpful plus indicating what cards you accept before having put in a card number only be alerted you don’t accept it. Finally be fast!! The time to switch from Ambrose to your banking app to authorise and then switch back to continue is 5 mins. I can understand this limitation to prevent fraud but for slower or newer users with voice over turned on, this could be tricky. However, having negotiated this app for the first time, I’m hoping I’ll find it easier next time - I’ll update the stars if I do.
