I bought 4 tickets (worth 300/- rupees) for the riverfront flower show today using this app, they charged me but no tickets showed up. I couldn't get in, so I had to buy offline tickets(worth 300/- rupees). Please refund my money to the original payment method as soon as possible.

I book my ticket from this app. Money deducted from my account but ticket not generated Event was flower shows. BAD experience Poor app Don’t use this app

Chat support not working

Worst application, I didn’t got my refund after cancellation of India vs England T20i match which was held on 20th march 2021

Want to cancel my parking.. but app is not working properly and chat support is also not working.. fake app

The app doesn't allow the user to sign up. If i click on sign up after entering the required details, nothing happens!!! What nonsense app is this? Maybe the company couldn't afford professional developers and hired a bunch of local college interns to build this pathetic app. Very poor experience!!

Not able to do basic operations like adding money in wallet or booking parking slot by any other payment method.

Error props up when goes for payment. Even we can’t add money in its own wallet. Absolutely disappointing as we have match tomorrow at Motera.
