The app takes ages to load… not loading at all I also tried the website and same issue I need to check my account And the customer service is not 24/7 like other banks There’s always something with this bank Considering just closing my accounts

The app never works properly

Cannot recognized my face; this happening since the last online banking and yet it’s not working; when try to open for the first time the app it closes and have to make it all over again

After recent update, I’m not able to use face recognition and I have an old bellsouth.net email address that it does not recognize as a valid email. Everything was working well until the recent update.

The app is closing/breaking when using face id to login, so I always had to use the password.

App stops Face ID opening after a while, needs to be constantly removed and reinstalled.

This app since it was updated it has only given me problems with continued updates and multiple downloads needed plus lengthy verification process. Not at all satisfied
