Device and customer service unreliable
Device frequently disconnects from the network, even while on the dashboard with full data service. Help page doesn’t answer any important or common questions. Customer service says open at 8am m-f, I’ve been calling all morning- message says closed. Emails are never responded to. $100 for the device and $300 a year for the service= $100 for a piece of useless plastic and $300 for no support, no helpful website info, 1990’s style app/website….good luck if you’ve already purchased
