American Airlines Center App

Constantly logs you out for no reason. Often times doesn’t work and just gives an error message when trying to transfer - Usually at the most in opportune time. When it does work I recommend immediately moving the tickets to Wallet. It’s cool technology but loaded with bugs.

The AAC app requires a Ticketmaster account, even though the tickets were not purchased there. The interface between the two apps does not work well at all. I was forced to repeat the same actions multiple times, it timed out and had me try again several times and basically wasted a lot of time doing what should’ve been a very quick and easy download. Help and instructions are nonexistent. There’s no reason to require two apps to do this. simply an over-complicated poorly executed piece of technology. Disappointing.

No longer stores contacts and you have to manually type in a phone number. This makes it incredible hard to send. Also it no longer shows the name of who you sent tickets to so you have no clue if you need to cancel.

Does the AAC get paid by TicketMaster to sell their tickets for absurdly high fees? A $40 ticket, nope $100 with fees. If you wanted to make a useful app, CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN AND SELL THE TICKETS YOURSELF!

Wish I didn’t have to go through Mavs App and Stars App and AAC App to access different TIX why can’t it all be on one AAC app? Make it hard to manage tickets.

Tried access App Support but takes me to a link to call the AAC. Just wanted to report that the app is not accessing my iPhone/Outlook contacts now that I updated to the latest iOS. Had to manually enter contact information three times ti transfer tickets to my daughter, when I should have been able to choose her from my contacts.

Downloaded the app to access and use my tickets for the Stars game but it crashes whenever I try to log in! Can’t access my own ticket. Unreal.

I cant even log in to my account. Someone needs to fix this. 😫

App crashes when you click it 03-24-21. should also be able to get notifications of events going ok daily so people that live in victory park can plan accordingly with the traffic and road blocks.
