• iPad multi-tasking so you can split your screen and use another app at the same time

• Find nearby ATMs and branches right from the login screen

Love this app & so easy
Very poor online banking and mobile support
I have deposited a check into my account three times only to have it taken out of the account that it was coming from and unavailable to me in my American heritage account for over a week. I have to call and fight American Heritage for it every time, even though I still have the original check. No one is ever respectful on the phone. I am looking forward to being done switching banks. Worst phone support and online banking app I’ve ever used.

I just visited American heritage as I had a problem that needed investigating. Jordan, the agent helping me, couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, understanding, patient with me! It took awhile but he stayed right with me through it all! He’s one of the reasons I love American heritage! Thank you again Jordan! Only the very best to you!

AH App
I love the convenience of this App; I do most of my transfers from it and if there is any problem, I just make a call and it is resolved over the phone! The staff at my local branch (Summit Trace) is exceptional and I love the fact that they actually know my name! Just love this CU!
APP does not work after 11:25 PM
My app does not work after 11:25 at night. I believe there is a defect. Hopefully they fix this soon.
