Doesn’t let you reserve

I miss out on many summer concerts because I couldn’t either reserve a spot or get a ticket on the app.

Issues with support

Two issues with this tool (actually the dashboard for admin users). The analytics reports which were advertised are missing from the menu so there is no way to get a good list of reservations. And this was reported to the support team via email 5 days ago, still no reply. And there is no phone number or chat to actually reach a support person.
