iOS 18 issues
Unable to get the app to load past the welcome screen. Worked on iOS 17, works on iPadOS 18 but not iOS 18.

App doesn’t log me in
I have iOS 18.1. The app opens but when I attempt to sign in it just stays on the loading screen. I always have to log into the website rather than use the app because I can’t get in.
Beta 18.1
I am on iOS beta 18.1 and the app will open, but I can’t click on anything inside the app.
Update
Since the update I haven’t been able to use the app tried deleting and reinstalling and same issue
App not working
I can’t get into my account to contact support. My app IOS 18.1 does not load once it identified my name
App won’t get past the loading screen.
After logging in the app hangs up at the loading/welcome screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times on different internet/wifi networks. Had a chat with support and was told “have you tried using the website” So I’ll just use the site until the app works. iOS 18.1 iPhone 13 Pro Max If that matters.
Horrible App
This app DOES NOT work with IOS 18.1 Beta. I have communicated this multiple times and no results. Works only with 18.0.1 and lower. As a customer, this is truly frustrating.
App not working
The app is getting stuck when loading as you open the app. Can’t access anything. Please fix.

My app hasn’t been working for a few weeks now!
App update
Went to update the app website and now I can’t get access to my account or anything. This update has gone horribly wrong. Can’t even get it to open now😡
