Lost 120 steaks - disappointing to lose 120 from the app (even after the 10k steps a day had been achieved) no one from customer service came back on how to retrieve them

Improvement
Out of the apps I use in the same industry this is is the last in terms of innovation and all the options available to use. It counts the steps when you run on a treadmill but doesn’t count the mileage in the same time due to the location activity. And a lot of options are in the apps but never active for the last 5-7 months. A lot work need to be done to catch up the competitors.

Amazing app till 2hrs ago keeps freezing
App no longer works on my iOS. Stopped working today 15th Nov. Deleted app due to error messages appearing while walking. Reinstalled and app freezes after putting in username /password from my iCloud ichain. Deleted and reinstalled over 10 times to no avail. Was 1.5k steps away from my daily 10k goal and due to this major bug am about to lose my 44 day streak.
