AMP Park

The interface is super clunky like others have said. Sometimes it cannot find me and offers me parking in South America rather than California. Why do you have to do so many steps just to park every day? And why can’t you choose a favorite car rather than the default being the vehicle with the license plate early in the alphabet. If I was it mandated to use it, I surely would not!

Why is it my fault that the app doesn’t work

Can’t use it on my iPhone 13. Had to drive back home and scooter. Double paid for parking multiple times for tickets when I had paid. Huge nightmare. Would not recommend.

It does, above all, work. The UX is far clunkier than, say, ParkMobile, and you have to input a credit card number instead of a more secure method like apple pay or PayPal, something that something like… ParkMobile… offers, and if you had to manage multiple cars in this it’d be a much bigger headache than, idk, ParkMobile? But hey, my large institution employer switched to this instead of ParkMobile and so I use it. It keeps me from getting tickets 🤷🏻

ParkMobile was way better.

Need Apple Pay support. Need live activity to show your time remaining.

Account creation was super buggy, the app starts charging you for your time before your purchase is complete.

App always crashes, has issues processing payments and issuing passes, and for the last 3 months has been giving me an error (01004) when I try to pay for a pass. If you're going to take my money AND force me to use a terrible interface, at least make it work as intended.

this app crashes everytime i try and reorder a pass because it cannot handle the inputs that it has set up. it’s clunky and will repeat commands over and over again until you start the app over again. it takes ages for it to process the commands i give.

Open the app all I get is a map of where my car is. No way to pay. You want my money, no? Oh and don’t bother with the support on the website. We’re not the costumers. The parking lots are.
