AmpliTube for iPad

Bought a bundle as Christmas deal nothing included no pedals or amp bundle included. So I asked for refund. Messaged IkMultimedia about it. No body responded. I wrote on forum to see if anyone could be of help. Nothing. After refund I wanted to try again. To see if it is fixed. Unfortunately the same. So whatever the reason is. I don’t get to have the bundle they advertised. It looks like I paid foe nothing. It seems that only I have what ever is offered as free.

Contacted support, i am not sure why but Somehow its working now. i open ampkit before amplitube and now it works.... anyway thanks.

No feedback problems anymore with a digital audio device - I use my Rocksmith cable on the USB camera connection kit and it sounds great! Lot's of fun jamming to songs. Loop drummer is a nice addition and I play a lot to drum loops. Please make the switching of loop variants more interactive, so that there is no interruption in the music changing from version A to B to punk to intro to rock to outro. A more interactive speed change for drum loops would also be nice (slider). This live while playing without having to program it would be the ultimate jam tool. Audiobus works fine with amplitube. Nevertheless I can highly recommend this app! By the way, I never had problems with crashing as other people report and I use it for more than a year!

Really regret spending so much on this app and the IAPs. First it suddenly when into a state where it keeps crashing on startup. I then had to reinstall it, thereby losing all my presets. And now suddenly stops working, all the effects are bypassed. Hit every single control and doesn't change a thing. This happened on my iPad 3 AND my iPad mini. Going to try a second reinstall. Ridiculous. And every time I reinstall I'm forced to sign in just to view the manual. Madness!

The audio is glitching really bad in iPadOS 16.3 when using the internal speaker output, or using IAA from another internal source. I don’t hear the glitching when in- and outputting through an external audio-interface. Hoping for a fix. Because in the current state I can no linger use Amplitube for re-amping on my iPad. Please fix this guys 🙏🙏🙏

I love Amplitube for sound and ease; but here’s the thing - I bought the bundle with Slash. I also have it for my Mac. There is gear not included in the iPad version that you get in the Mac version that you need to buy separate. It goes for all of the packages. It blows my mind. All in should be all in. But the sims sound great so there’s that, I guess. Just know that going in.

Pretty much outdated, nothing really new feature wise has been added or improved in half a decade, just more iap’s of new amps that I’ve long stopped investing in since now we have developers who make amp sims that support auv3, which this does not and probably never will. Ik multimedia has no vision for the future as far as this and many of their other apps go, they’re stuck in the past or just aren’t interested in competing with developers who are keeping up with the IPad/IOS platform, if this was 2013 their apps would be relevant, now they’re just relics of the past.

To the devs,You guys keep releasing stuff for the new AmpliTube for the computer,, let’s not forget about this app, we would like to see more frequent updates and those new effects and amps available to use for us as well.People that make negative claims about this app,are not using it right IMO. Use a good digital interface and tweak the settings a bit,and your done! It takes little effort to dial in good tones. Used it live for many years,with a midi interface,and it works spot on. Zero latency is also a huge plus! Controlling parameters was a breeze! Stop reading,and start creating! ✌️😎✌️

Of the available pedals, there is only one envelope filter and it is terrible, huge aliasing, it isn’t useful at all. Which makes me nervous about buying more pedals. I love the GUI but the sound is horrid. I hope it improves.

It won’t start up. Closes down App when starting up. Please fix.
