I love this app as an employee. It’s so easy to earn points in the system and get rewards I want. I click on what I completed, submit proof I completed the task, and wait for my boss to approve it. Then when I want my reward, I just click on the loot in the app and wait for my boss to approve it. Then, the company gives it to me. It’s like Christmas year round. So far, I’ve gotten an Apple Watch and two $500 gift cards as rewards. If I ever have any trouble with the app, the support team is always quick to help fix it. So happy our company has this.

Love this app. Has helped us create a great culture and stand out from other employers. So simple and easy to use! Can’t believe I used to run my business without this!

Good app when it works, but keeps crashing on iPhone 11 Pro, and my employers iPhone, very frustrating hopefully bugs fixed soon

It’s a great app and gives incentives to do extra stuff at work. Myself and multiple other IOS users in our company are not getting notifications upon approvals and we’ve logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled with no fix. Other than that it’s a great app.

I need someone App it’s not work correctly

This app solves two problems. 1. It allows you to easily motivate your employees to do what’s important for your company. 2. It makes it easy to manage. If building company culture is important to you this app is a must have!

I started using the app 2 weeks now and it’s incredible how important it is becoming to my employees that they earn points! I provide points for my employees to do some of the little things that help us all make money! Example; get to the first job by 8:30am not just show up on time to work, but get out of the shop ready at the job at a certain time. Also big things like complete the weeks route without a customer complaint! And my office staff gets points for every upsell, or closed lead! They try harder now to get sales! Sky is the limit to what you can do. I have realized every employee would like a prize tailored to what they want and this helps me make their goals come true!
