Easy to use and so helpful in making appointments outside of the clinics hours. I love being able to check in to my appointments via the app when arriving at the clinic.
Have had to re-enter my details several times over the past few months since my GP practice switched from Hot Doc. Extremely annoying. UI is a bit meh. I will be campaigning for my doctor’s practice to return asap to HotDoc as it is a much better interface and way more reliable. UPDATE AFTER DEV RESPONSE: I have *never* logged out. The issue re logging back in is happening spontaneously. Hence my rating and original comment. I can see from other reviews that other users are experiencing the same issue. If the developer’s response is to blame users for doing something (logging out) that users are NOT doing, instead of the developer actually addressing the problem, then this says all you need to know about the quality of this app.

Logs me out to often
I was forced to update the app and it is now unusable for me. It is significantly slower. Every tap takes 6-16 seconds to load. Instead of being able to select my specific doctor and look at their available dates like before, I have to scroll the find them through all the clinic's many doctors. Then, rather than skipping unavailable weeks and taking me straight to my doctor's next available appointment like it used to, I have to tap through each week until there's an available appointment. This is an issue when my doctor is always booked out three months in advance (and sometimes more), made so much worse by the slowness of the app. It's taken a 30 second long process and turned it into 5+ minutes of unnecessary wasted time. I made it to February before I gave up and booked online direct through the clinic. I cannot fathom why this would be seen as an improvement. Why fix something that isn't broken? There's also no option to manage family members unless I add them as a dependent. Overall, I will have to go back to booking online until this is rectified. I used the app because it was easier than booking online, but that's no longer the case so there's no point.
Not user friendly likes the other one better, hard to navigate
Was working well initially until an update was required & has wiped all the families information from the App

It freezes right at the point where I’m trying to confirm an appointment. I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone. Didn’t happen until recently and very frustrating
