AMS Connect

Used to be excellent but now I struggle with it, sadly.

Clunky design, difficult to navigate, feels like it’s 10 years old.

Often the app won’t open or freezes and I have to power off my phone to reboot the app.

Screen constantly goes blank - over 50% of the time you use this app. Only way to fix is to restart your phone. Very annoying when whole family is sick and your trying to book a lot of appointments. Our wifi is working fine, all other apps working perfectly- there is something wrong with this app.

Not streamlined enough. Very clunky, out dated. From a booking perspective HotDoc is 100% better

Worse app ever. Keeps logging me out and I have to re-register.

I hate this app. Nine times out of ten when I open it i get a blank white screen and have to reboot my phone to get it to work. On top of that occasionally get errors whenever i try to do anything and the only way to clear it is — surprise! — rebooting my phone. The only way this app has so many good reviews is they are fake.

Does not send code to mobile. No button to resend. Impossible to manage booking for family members without authorisation code to add them to account.

Downloaded the App after being unable to make an appointment on their website using an iPhone and then trying an iPad. The app was just as bad. Unable to make an appointment. Couldn’t scroll through all of the doctors at my local clinic to find the one I wanted (which did show up on the website). Deleting the App now and going all school and using the phone to make an appointment.
