ANCEL

Ich habe bei meinem BMW 320i das ANCEL BD300 angeschlossen. Es kann wirklich sehr tief ins System eindringen. Als ich dann nach dem Ölwechsel den CBS Reset in dieser App ausgeführt habe hat es mir alle Service Intervalle vom Steuergerät entfernt und nun ist die Service Lampe für alles an wie TÜV/AU und Zündkerzen etc. es lässt sich nichts wiederherstellen. Beim Versuch stürzt die App ab. Sogar Werkstätten mit BMW Software konnten es nicht wiederherstellen. So dass ich nun direkt zu BMW muss. Die sagten sie gucken ob sie es wiederherstellen können aber die Chancen stehen wohl schlecht. Traurig so eine Funktion anzubieten die aber nicht korrekt funktioniert. Ich habe einen enormen finanziellen Schaden dadurch.

App is stupid, how on earth do apps this non user friendly and non intuitive get invented ?

Please put a option to the report page that can clear all the cars at once instead of doing it one by one.

Can’t even open the app just got it

App keeps crashing on start up. Uninstalled it and did a hard reset on the phone still nothing. Used to work good with previous version.

This app used to work flawlessly. Now it no longer connects to my BD200. BRICKED!!

I just upgraded my iPhone X (it’s not that old) to the new iOS 15.2 after the ANCEL app kept crashing. And now it keeps crashing… the app loads and I get the splash screen but. Then it crashs. I have tried all many of resets and re download to no joy. I like the app and the reader and find they really helpful and useful but without the app it is really frustrating. Please help? Plus the support like on the apps store is old. I am still rating this high as it was great before this issue, hopefully they will fix they soon and then I would rate a 5 star.

App is not working bought the scanner and can't use is

I have purchased BD200 versions working ok, a couple of day ago I updated the app, current the app not working any more. How can I restored the previous version.
