It would be better if it didn’t work at all. As it is, I’ve got 11 tickets on this app that won’t transfer over to my card. Every time I try, I get some variation of an error message. I paid for these tickets a week ago, but can’t use them.

Not a friendly app, very poor UX, doesn’t work half the time for non-obvious reasons. Paid for trips I’m unable to load onto the card.

Bank charged but Andante card not loaded!

When you tap the read card option, nine times out of 10, you get no response from the app. Been trying it a hundred different ways. I love that this now exists but it would be nice to have it working.

First congratulations on deploying an Apple iOS app. It has long been awaited. Yes Apple has not been cooperative with NFC, but as far as I can tell, this app only “tops off” existing cards. Suggestions: 1. Communicate with documentation on what this app actually delivers 2. Communicate future the state of what the intended use of this app will be. Example, can I use my phone to tap in for metro rides or will it only be a place to reload my existing card? Obrigado

I bought 2 tickets and can’t use them. It do not go to my physical card. There always a different error.

Really poor programming

In late April 2024 I tried renewing my monthly card for May. I tried several time and it just errored out. It recognized my card correctly, but never even got to the payment screen before saying simply “Error!” Maybe it work on paper cards. Don’t know. Not ready for prime time. Hope they fix it soon!

Pending payments for hours! Card never gets loaded
