The fabulous app

The new update was made angle in to next level. Seriously no other brokerage firm provides such a good trading app like this to their customers. Good design no crashing at middle and lots of information.keep it up thank you...

Horrible customer care

Worst possible customer care experience over phone. They don’t speak any language other than Hindi, not even basic English. They just cut off the call when we start speaking English. Forget about solving our query, they don’t even listen to us if we speak in English and disconnect the call. I am going to close down the account with them. I would rate them negative 5 star.

Ridiculous process showing 3 working days to open account it is more than 15 days.

I have applied and submitted all of the documents it was showing 3 working days. Ridiculously it is more than 15 working days past still it is showing account opening in process. Ohh really I bet it is better to open via submitting physical document and your account will open in a week.

Poor customer care and poor app.

Worst interface after update.

Worst update, previous version was good but with latest update facing lot of issues. We can’t able to check options and lot of options missing for stocks. Even one star also not suggestible, better rollback to previous version or else fix issues. I don’t know how they released new version without proper testing, customers are facing lot of issues. Now I am unable to login to this app.

App issue

After updating app now its not working on phone . Its asking for credentials but not login into it

Crap

Such a poor app, so many unnecessary sorting options have been added recently none of which would work. You can’t figure out daily movers from the app. It has become almost impossible to trade with this app. Mutual fund functionality is already been taken out of this app. Not sure where the company is going with their digital strategy.

App not working properly

Every upgrade is messing up the app. Natural gas and commodities which should have option chain view available is not showing it anymore. The charts are not updating. The option chain for nifty etc isn’t updating figures properly. To navigate to current week option chain you need to scroll up - select option chain - View all - select current week from top. It’s a very long journey to reach to current week option chain.
