Angel Studios: TV & Movies

I paid for a year of the Guild. For some reason I cannot access the Guild movies. It keeps telling me to join the Guild to watch this movie. No where does it give me a place to show my receipt or dispute. I have tried emailing the office over 10 times to try and straighten this out. They just keep sending me a computer generated email telling me they are very busy and can’t help me yet. In another week and a half it will have been a month that I paid almost $200 for the year membership and still can’t watch guild movies. They don’t seem to care because I’ve threatened to request a refund and still can’t get any help with my issue. I know they received my payment because it shows in my statement that my cc paid it. I don’t think you want to do business with a business that’s so incredibly busy they pretty much just ignore you and your issue.

Everything is awesome, but the way you guys promote creating a huge desire to people watch it. However, we get subscribed and pay for it and realize is nothing there to watch. Very sad with that.

The app crashes constantly when trying to screen share or “cast” regardless of the endless troubleshooting I’ve tried on various devices using suggest locations and didn’t WiFi. It’s constant problems. While the film trailers look amazing the content feel VERY dated and cliche. Like they purchased a bunch of B movies and tried to dress them up. I felt like I was watching a hallmark movie. It took me 4 hours to watch a single movie while it crashed every 5 minutes . I’ve emailed for tech support and a refund and all emails are ignored. I wasted $179 for an annual subscription. What a total waste. I’m contachjng apple and my credit card company to Gilmer a claim. DO NOT BUY!

These movies and shows are great for families and individuals.

I absolutely love this app and enjoyed watching movies with my family on here but now that you have to subscribe and pay in order to watch the good movies, we can’t. Single mom with 5 kids and can’t afford it. Wish I could though because I would.

Do not use this app They are dishonest. They stole $174.99 from me. Shameful for an app that claims to be ‘Christian’😱

So far I haven’t been able to watch anything..maybe I don’t understand what i paid for. June 30, 2024 I paid $149.00 for a year BUT a year of WHAT. WAS THAT intended as a DONATION??? It wasn’t my intention. I thought there were movies and shows to watch. Would somebody please explain what paying money to Angle Studios is about!!! Di they just ask for donations and offer nothing back???

I am trying to cancel my subscription and they will not let you cancel once you sign up!! Not a Christian site at all. Fake!!!

Horrible. Save your money. Not worth it

This movie and show homestead was a complete money grabbing scam. Ben smallbone shouldn’t ever direct a movie/show ever again. Took a great concept with lots of potential and screwed it up. And making people become a monthly member to only get 2 episodes then have to “fund” the next one is insane when angel studios made over 250 million dollars off sound of freedom. Don’t waste your time or money.
