1. The app first schedules the taxi based on the timezone on the phone rather than the actual arrival time of the flight. How does that make any sense? 2. I change the timezone on my phone to finally schedule it at the right time. When i come back to check the booking, it has changed it to the day after i have actually booked for some reason. 3. It wouldn’t let me pay by apple pay even though it suggests that is an option.

They are so bad -they cancel my driver one hour before my transfer to airport and this was at 2 o’clock in the morning . I have booked a day before and fully paid.

This app needs to be updated. When you book for a future date the operator doesn’t see the correct day and so they call you to change the booking and pay cash instead which is always more costly.

Booked to get a train at 10.00, 15 mins away, for a day out with the kids at Legoland. Cab was due at 9.20. Called them at 9.25. Driver said he was running a bit late - “10-15 more minutes”. The automated operator said 25 mins when we called. Surely they would have known this ahead of 9.20? Shocking service. Absolutely useless. Either they don’t use their own drivers or the system is really poor. Won’t be using again. Deleted account and app. App is actually Autocab so probably relies on freelance drivers.

Apple pay is not working. Tested with multiple cards.

Good app with user friendly features. Ride times Call numbers. Used it once and great friendly driver. Nice. Will try again

Stay away

I have booked 15 days earlier the car . I have called on the day to ensure the car was arriving Few minutes before the trip they cancelled the car This cost me the plane . Terrible experience This company was much better in the past but lately shows lack of professionality I have called and they told me we call you back Never received the call back Never again !!!!!!!!

Very unreliable company, book with them if you want to lose your flight
