Can’t even register or order. Won’t let me enter my address. It keeps saying “There’s Nothing to show”.

The menu does not show any choices

Advance order na nga sa Angel's Pizza Pateros Branch, I ordered at exactly 01:45pm tapos as per customer service 4pm ang due delivery, kung di ko pa tinawagan namuti na ang mata namen kakahintay wala pala kameng inaasahan na pizza!! wag na kayo umorder dito, better choose shakey's or pizza hut na lng para sure delivery nyo.

In my area po mahina ang signal, kahit i-note na can contact via email and/or sms, pinipilit pa din tumawag. Replied na po na confirmed naman ang order- apc card is ready laso mahina signal di kaya call, pero instant ang text. Ayaw pa din- kahit may order history na. Ini-insist yung call kahit sasabihin lang naman i-ready yung APC card. Angel’s Pizza nalang yung need pa ng call confirmation sa mga fast food delivery :( sa ibang apps, no need na or can settle na thru sms. Sana kung need na need nyo talaga mag-call para ideliver yung order, have other ways po like viber. Also, medyo masungit po yung kumo-contact. PS: Waiting time is 1 1/2 hour, pero pagdating ng pizza, malamig naman. Halatang hindi bagong luto. Matigas tigas pa. Hayyy

i ordered using the app and no one called or texted me for confirmation, even the fb and IG page is unresponsive, i dont have a telephone that incan use to call landline. all are just email confirmation and its been 4 hours now and i still did not receive any update.

Can not choose the address, email verification is needed however there’s no verification link sent

Nag ppromote pa kayo ng app. E basura ang service nyo. Lalo na sa Imus branch!! Wait time 1 hour. Pero darating ang pizza sa customer ang lamig na.

Don’t order delivery. The first time I ordered it said 1 hour. I received the order after 1 hour & 40 minutes. It would have been OK if the pizza hadn’t been cold. I tried again after a week. This time order time said 1 hr 15 mins. I received the order on time but the pizzas were still cold. This is strange because when my sister orders takeout the pizzas are still hot after 1-hour commute. I can only conclude that the pizzas they deliver are not freshly cooked and have been sitting pre-cooked and waiting for someone to order. And Angel’s Pizzas do not taste good after reheating. Very disappointed. They are cheap. But the pizzas quality is proportional to the cost. Sayang we bought the buy 1 get 1 card. Maybe it depends on the branch. I ordered from Mandaluyong branch near Boni MRT Station. Not ordering again.
