NO UPDATE
NO UPDATE! I placed my order yesterday using this app at around 3:30 in the afternoon to be delivered by 8pm. I already paid my order via e-wallet. One of your customers service called me by 5pm telling me that the 8pm slot is already full so the delivery time of my order will be moved at 7pm. I agree to it. But its already a day later but MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE. No one is even answering to your line. I understand that you may have receive tons of orders yesterday since it’s new years eve and maybe you can’t accommodate it all na pero sana you made an effort to reach out and update your customer kung hindi na kaya. I will understand naman.
