Animal Diet Formulator App

I don’t understand the poor reviews. Prior to my subscription I contacted support and heard back from them in a few hours. I used the trial version of the desktop program and liked it. I would say loved, but it is a little complicated and there is a learning curve. I also wish they gave you a couple basic recipes to build from, because starting from scratch is intimidating and not as easy to balance as the tutorial makes it seem. I digress. The My Pet Recipes mobile app is amazing. It works just like the desktop version for a lot less $$$. According to the support team the major difference is there are not as many ingredient choices and you can’t add your own ingredients. I had a small problem with using the app and the support team got back to me within hours and told me how to fix my issue. So far, so good!

I never agreed to this ridiculous subscription. What a rip off. Then you can’t find where to cancel, really have to work for it!! Hate them.

This is a bad app. I had the same experience with the password reset. Too bad it’s recommended by the folks who wrote the Forever Dog book as it’s received incredible acclaim. Can someone please fix this!!!

Software does not work. After you pay, it will not let you log in with the password you JUST created. There’s a link to reset password, but it takes you to the Animal Diet Formulator website, a completely different account that you pay for separately, and the password is reset for THAT account, not the MPR app. So basically you will be unable to access the MPR app after you’ve paid for your subscription. Your only recourse will be to “contact support” via email, and they will take over a week to reply and be NO HELP AT ALL. They reply in a vague email that you cannot reply back to, you have to send a whole new support inquiry because they will NOT ADDRESS your issue when they finally get back to your first one.
