This one is so well appreciated by my little daughter. She can invent her own hair styles and then show them to all of her friends.

One of the best hair style games for children. No lags, no ads, no purchases needed.
More of the same
We already have Toca Hair Salon and this is basically the same as that, except there is only 1 character (a sheep), and you have to pay more if you want more characters. The sheep does do a funny dance, and kids have to make a determined style, which is different. If you already have a hair salon game it isn't worth it.
Fun and creative
This app is very cute and is easy enough for my two year old to play. He loves taking pictures after he styles the animals, to see the funny poses they do. It also brings lots of laughs to see the animals turn on the music and dance. There are many options for how you can style and dress the animal. Lots of fun for adults too!
