Bug wasting my gems

I spent 250 gems for a super card draw but I only get a chicken. Can it be refunded? Is it bugged or a trap? I have never got any non-legendary animal from that pack. Also sometimes when I want to do a super card draw or something and press for multiple times due to its lack of responsiveness, I do multiple draws , which is not what I want. Please fix this as well. Please reply. Thanks.

广告也算了，看完广告自动撞死了？ I am saying, the game is not bad. However 30second ads for 15sec game is not appropriate. Especially when it crashed after ad. Thank you very much a had plenty of choices.

The setting didn't have a button about change the language
