Disappointing Experience
I was offered a free trial for at least a week, which “i could cancel anytime”, but the app charged me immediately. That alone was frustrating, but I decided to give the app a try anyway. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all. I uploaded several pictures (an ID picture and other front-facing photos) from my gallery, and even tried taking selfies in real-time, but it kept giving me the error message, "Please upload photo." No matter what I tried, the app refused to function properly. Definitely not worth the money and a total waste of time. I do not recommend this app.
Scam and Misleading
They say a 3 day trial even in the purchase policy, and cancel anytime~ but if you’re not careful to notice the surprise later email saying purchased subscription (even within day you just started the trial) they immediately charge the account even the “free” trial just started. So not worth it. Also, when you check subscription list, it says no trial- even if it was for a trial, yet they charge you regardless.

This is not a reliable app, it never gives you the same spirit animal, and if you try to get a picture with your current spirit animal, it makes you feel ugly😭. WORST APP EVER!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
