Good experience, app UI is a bit outdated and rough

Overall decent. Would be great if: 1) When you click on an event/panel/performance/ etc in the schedule , it shows you where on the map it is located and where the line is located. 2) if you could set a custom alert/reminder for your scheduled events. Right now the only option is a 10 minute reminder. Many times you must be in line 30+ minutes before an event. A 10 minute reminder is useless. 3) if the map of artist alley was more detailed. Names of vendors instead of numbers would be great!

First time at this Convention as my son’s vision escort. Everyone has a helpful. Environment is safe and positive. Able to use app and program to find events. Shuttle is very much appreciated. Thank you!

The app works

Went to AX for the first time this year and primarily used this app to research panels and look at the map. It was pretty great in finding out what was going on around the con, and I liked how you could save events to ‘my agenda’. It was useful to have on con days

It’s not updated for video programming (despite QR codes for the app stating getting the most up to date information in this room). You can’t search by room.

I still have the notifications issue. When are you going to fix the problem? I can not drop out of a notification when selected and I can not go to AX convention part of the APP or read any more of the messages that you put up to be read.

Video on demand didn’t work. App didn’t connect to Apple TV. Glad I only paid 5 dollars for an AnimeExpo ticket.
