As if 7/20/2024 this app no longer works. I keep getting an error message that there’s an “internal error”.
I was using this app for years and now I can’t log in because of a network activity issue and I have emailed support with no response. I just lost years of Arabic vocab decks that I have built up.
Please fix the syncing error , i cant work with that
It’s been 3 days that the cloud sync doesn’t work. In addition, I can’t login to my account. I have sent multiple email to their support but they don’t respond!
I had an error not allowing me to import decks, I’ve had many errors before and what fixed it usually was just uninstalling and reinstalling the app however that signs you out. Now I’m getting an unable to authenticate error and am permanently signed out of the app until they fix this issue. I payed for the lifetime and if this is not fixed I will not be happy
Servers have been down for days and it hasn’t been addressed. Ever few seconds the app prompts me that it can’t sync.
I have a deck with 87 cards and now i can’t do anything without the repeated “there was a problem syncing issue” devs will just ignore you, no created tickets have gotten any feedback
I can't log in to the AnkiApp, it started with a notification from the app that it wasn't syncing properly and that I could just log out and log in again to solve the issue. However, when I tried to log in again, AnkiApp said it was unable to authenticate, probably due to poor network connection, which was not the case at all! I tried to email the AnkiApp support team but didn't hear back from them. I have a really big test coming up and need to use my flashcards asap.
I haven’t been able to log in for days now. Support does not reply to help. I do not suggest anyone buy this app
