The app is so buggy, that it is impossible to rent a bike. Screens have very long load time or the app doesn’t open at all. The bikes we found also looked like they were not used for a very long time, likely because the app doesn’t work …
Pessimi. Servizio lentissimo con l'app che si blocca in continuazione e continua a fornire errori di ogni genere (mentre si sta pagando). Noleggio che non si chiude per oltre 15 minuti, li chiamo, mi informano che mi rimborseranno e che chiuderanno loro il noleggio. Non sono mai stato rimborsato. Da evitare come la peste.

non sblocca i mezzi non riconosce gli spostamenti e addebita pagamenti nonostante nessun utilizzo LADRI!
Non ci sono istruzioni in app, prelevati 10 € senza usare il monopattino non appena registrato! SCANDALOSA!!
