Does the job
The app is great and works well. However I was offered a 3 day trial in the app and then immediately charged for an annual subscription, without getting the free trial. Beware of the same happening to you! EDIT: Apple support were finally helpful in resolving this and refunding me (but I had to appeal their original decision to not issue a refund)
Detected as my baby was getting up and got to our room just in time. I’d recommend - tried the trial. I’ll give it a chance and purchase month to month and see.
So you sign up for the 3 day trial and the next thing your account is debited with the fee the next day. But that’s the least of my worries... I’m happily looking at my baby while he sleeps... to find out that the wife had been in there feeding him.. picture frozen. Scary! No warning from the app about any connectivity issues or anything. Scary scary scary!!!
App doesn’t work properly. Shocking considering the 50 euro fee. You would expect the bugs and connectivity issues to be resolved.
Very happy with the monitoring function, works quite well, even in low lighting at night.
The app worked rarely during the free usage trial. Wasn’t amazed and won’t recommend the purchase.
Night light feature helps me and my wife recognize what is our baby boy up to at night. We can turn on the light on the baby's device and see for ourselves. Nice work!
I bought a subscription for my wife’s phone... What a waste of money! I doubt these guys ever test this app themselves... Very very poor!
This app always had its problems when we had our first kid but generally once you got it working it stayed working. Now they brought out a new version that is far far worse. Not only is the connection unreliable, but the licensing I bought and paid for is suddenly no longer applicable. Worse still is they dropped support for the 4S that I used before and the old version of the app doesn’t talk to the new one. Very bad form. It’s honestly easier to just FaceTime call the other device and simply listen to it.
