不买总有广告，花38买了，做完标注，点保存，图片就是黑色了，只有标注过的几根线条！想反馈找客服，根本没有入口，垃圾，钱怎么退我？？？

苹果手机使用无法保存，黑屏
我用这个软件好几年了，去年突然无法保存，无法发送修改好的图片到微信里面，就算发送成功也是全黑屏，非常不好用，希望尽快改善
