I like this app

Really good app

Love the app had it a couple months ago then started dating someone and was asked to manually delete my account so I did, now moved on from the person and can’t access the app anymore only says unauthorised device, any help if possible would be really appreciated.

Contesting an undue sanction in your app

Inadvertently I took a screenshot of someone’s profile, because it had a profound proverb and no likeness of anyone on it, only text and now I can’t see profile pics. I have 4 warnings as stated on my profile, however I only took a screenshot once so there is definitely something erroneous. I can provide you with the screenshot in question as proof. How do I challenge this sanction and vindicate myself as I have looked everywhere on your app and here and there is no contact email address? Please advise.
