O bătaie de cap
Plasarea comenzii este cel mai facil lucru din toată aplicația, în rest este o mizerie. De la faptul ca nu există tabel de mărimi și dacă comanzi mărimea obișnuită nu corespunde cu mărimea reală sau măcar pe aproape până la faptul ca cel mai dificil lucrul este procesul de retur, ca să nu mai spun ca taxele la nici o firmă de curierat nu sunt echivalente cu costurile declarate de aplicația answear ca ar fi. Durata de expediere și retur este extraordinar de lungă. O bătaie de cap

Se decontează de la cont. Contul este facut in legatura cu facebook iar deseori nu se mai conectează. Istoric “la revedere”. Cred ca mai sunt necesare câteva optimizări, astfel aplicația este ok.

Foarte proasta. Se deconectează fără motiv, mi s-au șters toate chestiile din wishlist

Aplicatia nu pastreaza contul conectat. Adaug produse in wishlist apoi descopar ca nu sunt conectata. Frustrant!

Вже не знаю з ким звʼязатись. Написала на всі їхні електронні пошти що давно не користуюсь answear-ом, але ніхто не збирається видалити мій аккаунт: «напишіть там (а)», «напишіть там(б)» але ніхто не відповідає, не то щоб діяти. Ви зобовʼязані виконувати моє прохання. Я, що, не зможу ніколи видалити аккаунт? Просто таке враження ніби хочуть зберегти інформацію людей.
