I downloaded the app to watch some of my favourite series and after watching a few episodes, the episodes stopped playing. I would click on one of the next episodes and it would throw an error. I contacted customer support but I have found their service very unhelpful. They just sent me an automated reply with some potential reasons And ways to resolve the issue, of which none of them work. No user by user case service at all. The reason I say this is because even though I specifically explained in my original email to them that I'm not using a VPN or different devices to watch the series on the app, they said that these might be potential reasons why the app is not working. They didn't read my email at all!!! I have now unsubscribed and deleted the app. Save yourself the money and don't download! It's not worth paying for something that is not working properly!

Κατά τη γνώμη μου μια τέτοια συνδρομή αφορά περισσότερο τους Έλληνες εξωτερικού από ότι της Ελλάδας. Αναζητούμε τρόπους να παρακολουθούμε ελληνικά προγράμματα ώστε να μείνουμε συνδεδεμένοι με την κουλτούρα της χώρας μας έστω μέσα από τηλεοπτικά προγράμματα. Μεγάλο ατόπημα να μην είναι διαθέσιμη η αναπαραγωγή προγραμμάτων στο εξωτερικό και σίγουρα χάνετε αρκετές αγορές από αυτό.

Ridiculous Don’t waste your money

I don’t recommend it to anyone to pay for this subscription. Is not working for uk is a biiiiiiiig scam. I subscribed last year and obviously was not working in uk. I called the customer service and they said if I don’t renew my subscription there will be no charges but obviously they charged me again and when I contacted them about the refund they stopped replying. Is a big scam you will lose your money!!!!

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription because I’m in UK and Antenna plus app is not available!!! So what’s the point to subscribe if it’s not available everywhere !!! When I realised this, I’ve tried to cancel my subscription and the system failed to update. So it’s not that easy to unsubscribe!!! I’ve contacted the help desk because they’ve tried to charge my account, hopefully I didn’t had any money in, and they’ve told me that the system will try two charge me 2 more times and if they can’t take the money then automatic the subscription will be cancelled!!!! How awful is this????

Έχω πληρώσει στην ιστοσελίδα και κατέβασα την εφαρμογή. Προσπαθώ να μπω στην εφαρμογή και κάνει loading εδώ και 5 λεπτά. Γιατί κάνετε εφαρμοργή που δεν ανοίγει καν αντί να κάνετε ιστοσελίδα;

I’m in Greece now and this app does not down load just buffers constantly

Yet another unethical or at least ethicslly dubious entertainment offering from Greece. Limited availability. Limited functionality. Generally a poor app. Costs more than amazon prime for things available for FREE in Greece. The chief product officer and CEO of that company can’t afforf any ethics. And to top it off it just gived error messaged instead of playing back content.
