This is not a quick reference guide. It’s very repetitious and info heavy. Take a look at the FODMAP guide from the Monash University in Australia. It’s super user friendly and at first glance gives you the info you need. Quick and easy to look up even in a fast good line. Consider a format like that and you’d get a lot more users.
Contradicting
Some foods say “low inflammation foods can reduce inflammation “ other foods say “high inflammation foods can reduce inflammation “ Which is it? I should have listened to the other review as YES the grain section lists fruit only.
Save your money
I should have read the reviews. I’m such an idiot. I agree with the reviews. Listings are hugely inaccurate and would lead to someone naive in the ways of following good nutrition to eliminate major beneficial foods from their diets. Shame on them. This is truly junk.
Just say no to this app
Categories are messed up. Foods that are high inflammatory foods are listed as low and says just eat everything moderately! Not at all helpful. Save $1.99 and put towards a kindle book instead!
Incorrect Information
I don't know if they just didn't finish rating all the foods, but as of now, brownies, doughnuts, and cakes are all "Low Inflammatory" foods. I hope they make corrections before others purchase this app!
Don't waste your money!
This ap was haphazardly put together, some of the menus do not work and some of the information isn't quite accurate. They should either fix it or offer it for free.
A
Minimal info, can't even sort by which foods are anti inflammatory.
A most UNhelpful app
Don't buy!! Doesn't even provide a list of anti-inflammatory foods. Have to search foods one at a time. Can I get my money back?!!
Awful
Awful app, waste of money. Inflammation information is not even accurate on the very limited foods they have listed. DO NOT BUY.
DONT BUY!
It is the most limiting amount of info you can possibly imagine, one Google search will help you more in terms of facts, info, menus. Poor design. WORST customer service. Emailed them before this review but no reply, weeks later. Save yourself from feeling tricked!
